Skintique Beautiful Smiles is a leading clinic headed by Dr. Nora Albaldawi, a skilled and compassionate Principal dentist known for her patient‑centred approach. Our practice offers a range of Dental and Aesthetic treatments, including Smile makeovers, Facial Aesthetics, HydraFacials, Fat dissolving, Microneedling, Laser hair removal, Body sculpting, and more. We’re a team that values positivity, teamwork, and creating a fun, friendly environment for both staff and patients.
What We’re Looking For
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly driven, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain surgeries and ensure high standards of cleanliness
* Support infection control and decontamination processes
* Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service
* Manage appointments, calls, emails, and patient enquiries
* Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
* Support patient recall and follow‑ups
* Assist in converting enquiries into bookings
* Participate in practice marketing activities, including social media content creation.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Dental Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
* Dental Reception: 2 years (preferred)
* Qualified dental nurse with valid GDC registration (essential)
* Oral Surgery and Implant experience (Preferred)
* Experience with implants, Invisalign, Itero scanning, and fixed orthodontics
* Knowledge or experience in beauty treatments
* Previous experience in a private practice environment
* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
Working Hours
* Full‑time and part‑time positions available
* Working days will include Saturdays
* Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business
* May be required to work one late evening per week
