Financial controller

Qualified senior finance leader required for a hands-on operational role in fast-paced, regulated environment. Your new role As Financial Controller, you will act as the number two to the CFO, taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations and ensuring robust financial control across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading cash flow management and working capital optimisation Managing banking relationships and financing arrangements Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and billing processes Reviewing and finalising monthly management accounts with clear insights Validating revenue, margins, and financial accuracy across operational activity Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting Leading and developing a small finance team This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in strengthening financial performance and supporting business growth.
