What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading major multi-disciplinary rail projects as Project Director or Associate Director
* Managing multi-million euro consultancy commissions within the rail sector
* Overseeing project portfolios, contract and commercial aspects
* Driving the design process and ensuring technical quality
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Leading bids and proposals to secure new business
What We're Looking For:
* A degree-qualified engineer (Level 8 or 9) with substantial post-graduate consultancy experience
* Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent)
* Proven track record in delivering complex rail infrastructure projects across all design stages
* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships
* Awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practices
* Valid driving licence
