An opportunity for a Consumer & Market Insights Manager to join an international FMCG food & drinks business.
This role offers the chance to shape innovation and growth initiatives across core international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end consumer insights activities for innovation and renovation projects across key markets
* Develop and lead a multi-market consumer immersion programme to inspire customer‑centricity
* Deliver quarterly foresight reports and lead trend programmes to anticipate evolving consumer needs
* Partner with R&D, Innovation, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities and validate new concepts
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing, category, and product teams
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking an experienced insights manager with a track record of influencing decisions and working proactively in teams.
* Extensive experience in client-side consumer insights roles within a branded FMCG environment
* Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and hybrid research approaches
* Strong business acumen and the ability to influence strategic decisions
* Experience supporting NPD pipelines and innovation development processes
* Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization. Social listening analytics would be beneficial (not essential)
Location
West London (2 days/week in the office)
