Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
* Lead, train and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring a positive and high-performance culture
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with company and legal requirements
* Monitor stock levels, accuracy and inventory control processes
* Work closely with the logistics, purchasing and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and warehouse layout
