Equans is looking for a Resource Planner to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £27,500 - £28,860 per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.

What will you deliver?
Effectively manage a significant workload in a fast-paced environment.
Effective tasking and direction of engineering workforce to complete Reactive, Quoted, Planned and Statutory Maintenance tasks within contract KPI's and legislative requirements.
Schedule and manage all reactive, PPM and statutory testing works within contractual SLAs/KPIs.
Work to Service level agreements preventing financial penalties to the business.
Support with the scheduling of subcontractor work as and when required.
Contact customers with ETAs on urgent jobs to ensure access is granted and the customers are aware the urgent jobs are in hand.
Booking in visits and ensuring clients are kept informed in advance of planned preventative maintenance or reactive visits as per contract agreements, including delays.
Ensure notes and mitigations are added to CAFM system throughout the day.
First point of contact for engineers and the Contract Management team regarding scheduling queries.
Work with the Contract Management team to look at future PPMS and identify if out of hours work is required, or if PPMs need to be pulled forward.
Work alongside BSC Helpdesk to ensure jobs are being raised with the correct information and on the correct standard order and priority.
Work alongside the BSC Performance team to ensure jobs are being progressed through to completion.
Monitor trends in engineer performance (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting negative trends to the Operational delivery team/Team Leader.
Maximising utilisation of direct labour, reporting absences and identifying potential shortfalls and mitigation.
Involvement in weekly/monthly labour planning meetings with Delivery Supervisors/Managers/Team Leader as required.
Analyse jobs, both reactive and PPM to ensure quality standards are met across all contracts.
Escalating customer complaint/escalations through the relevant processes.
Provide reporting/updates to operational teams or others as necessary to demonstrate the fulfilment of contract requirements.
Manage internal email mailboxes timely.
Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures.
Support the BSC with answering calls where required to support KPI standard requirements.
Live Call logging on Internal CAFM systems.
Provide support to the BSC Management team for new starter training and cover requirements.
Ensure any interactions with all customers reflects positively on the company.
Identify, analyse and improve upon existing processes to improve the way we work as a team.

FM Helpdesk experience.
Resource Planning / scheduling experience.
Experience of working to strict SLAs & KPIs.
Good Customer Service Skills.
Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft packages.
Ability to prioritise is essential.
