This Role
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager (maternity cover), you'll be working with a highly collaborative cross-functional Marketing team. We aren't just looking for an experienced writer; we are looking for a content architect who is a power user of AI. You will own the creation of high-impact, data-driven content that shapes Employment Hero's voice across the UK.
Your primary mission is strategic content orchestration: taking high-value insight and using AI workflows to transform it into a multi-content strategy without compromising quality. You will ensure one piece of original research extends its length, reach and impact across every possible touchpoint.
What You'll Be Doing
* High-Impact Writing: Produce creative, compelling and accurate content across HR, Recruitment and Payroll topics that resonates with our mission and distinguishes EH in the UK market.
* Strategic Content Atomisation: Develop and refine AI-powered frameworks to break down long-form content (guides, webinars, reports) into high-performing assets across different formats, maximizing the ROI of every piece of original content.
* Multi-Channel Execution: Write and produce content to support events, webinars, social (especially LinkedIn), adapting style and format to the specific audience and objective.
* Using your analytical skills to optimise pages: analyse pages' metrics, from search page rankings to conversion rates and improve their performance in collaboration with our SEO and GEO team.
Who you are
* 5+ Years Experience: You bring content marketing experience in B2B (preferably HR tech, fintech, or business software).
* Strategic & Hands-On with AI: You can develop a content roadmap informed by customer insights and business goals, then leverage AI workflows and tools to scale content creation velocity while maintaining quality and personalization.
* Writing high-impact content that balances SEO and AEO goals with editorial integrity, helping Employment Hero build authority in topics like recruitment, payroll, AI and HR.
* Data-driven storytelling: Continuously monitor and analyse content performance using search data and engagement metrics. Apply insights to optimise content strategy and execution. Effectively communicate findings across the business to identify cross-channel opportunities and inform broader marketing and commercial initiatives.
* Champion a distinctive, human, voice across all content. Maintain consistency across tone, format and message from blogs to email to landing pages.
* Cross-Functional Collaborator: You're experienced working with performance marketing, brand, sales, and regional teams alongside global teams to align messaging and maximise impact across campaigns.
* Hyper-Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritise ruthlessly, take ownership and ship work that moves the needle at scale.
* Highly Organized: You can manage multiple content projects, stakeholders and tight deadlines without compromising quality or speed.
* Experience with AI tools, Marketo, Asana, Slack and Wordpress.
