Who We're Looking For:
We are in search of a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who embodies the following qualities:
* Previous experience as a host/hostess
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Charismatic and confident, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with guests
* Outstanding team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Meticulous in presentation, attentive, and proactive in responding to the needs of both guests and colleagues
* Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the reception team to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, from arrival to departure and throughout their visit
* Ensure that all reservations are processed professionally and accurately
* Support and assist the management team in maximizing the dining experience and business optimization
* Be the face of SUMI, consistently delivering service excellence and elevated hospitality
