We’re looking for Case Managers with remortgage experience and excellent client care skills who want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Manage a large case load of remortgage files
Deliver fully against personal targets
Prioritise and manage deadlines to keep all files progressing smoothly
Handle complex aspects of the remortgage transaction
Take responsibility for files from opening through to completion with admin support
Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and associates
Handle complex enquiries and resolve risks/issues effectively
Ensure compliance with SLA’s, regulatory and statutory requirements
Keep accurate records, telephone notes, and correspondence
Bill files correctly and ensure completion funds are processed accurately
Provide support and coaching to Trainee Case Managers
Suggest improvements to policies and procedures
You will have :
Around 2+ years’ previous remortgage experience preferred
A team-player and natural self-starter, confident working independently
Strong client service skills with excellent communication
Great attention to detail and strong numerical/verbal skills
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, fully remote.
