Responsibilities

* Ensure that United Infrastructure HSE&Q standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times.
* Ensure that the United Way of working is complied with and adopted into daily disciplines.
* Monitor and induct Resident Liaison Officer employees in the United Way of working, ensuring contract delivery processes are complied with and adopted into daily practice.
* Ensure the resident liaison team consistently uses the business work management system; act as a system Super User.
* Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role.
* Continuously seek improvements and innovation to maintain market leadership and contractor of choice.
* Lead the planning, preparation and implementation of the resident liaison strategy in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
* Collaborate with Project Administration teams to coordinate effective communications.
* Support Operations Manager in managing opportunities and risks that may impact the business plan; lead by example to maintain United Living as a centre of excellence.
* Establish and maintain key strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ensure liaison responsibilities are delivered for each project.
* Support Contracts Managers to drive CSR activity, organise local CSR events, and publicise added value activity; attend CSR events with clients and site teams.
* Produce regular KPIs for customer care for review by clients and management; ensure minimum standards are set and maintained for all customer care activities.
* Assist in preparing responses for PQQ and tender quality submissions; attend tender interviews or presentations where necessary.
* Attend regional management and site meetings and Client core group meetings as required.
* Assist in arranging reality checks for potential new clients/customers and ensure residents are appropriately selected with the liaison team.
* Oversee conflict management; investigate disputes and complaints and resolve within agreed timeframes with clear communication to stakeholders.
* Manage all people responsibilities for the team, including Performance & Development Reviews, coaching, and development of objectives.
* Manage employee matters in liaison with People Services; maintain strong working relationships with operational and commercial teams on each contract.
* Contribute to development and implementation of Company policies and procedures.
* Market the business with existing and new clients to support business development.
* Perform any other duties reasonably assigned.


Qualifications

* Appropriate CSCS card
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Full driving licence
* Project management experience
* Proven ability to manage conflict resolution
* Line management experience
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
