Specialising in large-scale, high-impact custom builds for premium clients, we're now looking for a
Business Development Manager
to help us expand our international client base, strengthen relationships and explore opportunities in new sectors.
This is a hybrid role, with flexible working and an emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and client excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert new business opportunities.
* Build strong, long-term client relationships.
* Represent Leo at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Lead RFP and tender responses with creative, tailored proposals.
* Bring market insight into strategy and planning.
* Manage pipeline and report regularly to directors.
About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive sales person with a passion for exhibitions and live environments. The ideal person for this role will have:
* 5+ years' experience in business development, client services, or commercial strategy (events/exhibitions a plus).
* Track record of winning and growing accounts in high-value environments.
* Confident communicator
* Strong understanding of brand marketing and B2B event strategies.
* Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline.
* Within reach of Rugby, with flexibility for international travel.
