We're on the lookout for a new Head Chef to take the reigns of the kitchen at The Crown & Mitre, located in the heart of King's Lynn, Norfolk. This stunning restaurant located on the bank of The Great River Ouse, is is featured in all the local magazines as the 'new kid on the block' and one to watch out for. We want topush the boundaries of modern British pub/restaurant dining under the supervision of the next Head Chef with a view to winning an AA Rosette and more. The ideal Head Chef will come from a similarly high-quality establishment and showcase a passion for fresh & seasonal ingredients, including locally caught fish and shellfish. We're seeking a head chef who has a critical eye for detail, who's up to date with food trends, setting new standards and creating trends of their own. The role comes with everything you'd want from a 'status' Head Chef role; working closely with the owners on menu direction and content, great links with the very best suppliers, support from a highly successful and growing company and an already established kitchen team.
