Fleet Sales Co-ordinator/Sales Support Executive - £23,809 basic salary plus bonus (OTE £26,810)
This is a vital position supporting the operations of the Group Fleet team. The role holder will be responsible for supporting key account customers and the Senior Support team for fleet, ensuring customer service levels are upheld. The role requires adherence to set processes and working within Lease Co and public sector SLA requirements.
The responsibilities include processing quotations, orders, updates, stock, transport/PDI instructions with clear visibility of invoice pricing to prevent debtor issues, focusing on supporting excellent customer experience and cost management processes.
As with all positions, the role is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Job Duties
The main aspect of the role is to process administration for the key account manager who has sold the unit to the customer, collaborating on the customer relationship. Daily tasks may vary, and focus areas may change over time.
* Processing quotes
* Inputting orders to Sales master and ensuring OTR and Invoice, Reg address are correct, along with full specifications for requirements
* Providing customer updates and reports
* Offering stock, managing packs process, ensuring timely stock offering to prevent stock being held up
* Securing delivery calls, bookings, transport/PDI instructions
* Managing debtor processes, booking transport and PDI, supporting processes, and uploading paperwork for debtors
All administration duties, hold-ups, and challenges should be escalated to the General Manager. Any orders that cannot be placed should also be reported to the involved Key Account Manager.
Essential Criteria
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office packages such as Excel
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
