Job Title: Front of House Manager
Location: Based from any GTUK office outside London
Working Arrangements: Hybrid with national travel

Our teams support our strategic goal to provide top-tier office environments aligned with sustainable property standards. The Property and FM teams are responsible for managing the firm's estate and enhancing the experience within our spaces.
We are establishing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and seek an experienced individual to lead this initiative. Your role will be to ensure colleagues enjoy a positive experience in our offices, have necessary resources, and that our guests and clients feel valued and impressed with Grant Thornton.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the outsourced FoH contract, develop service excellence, and drive ESG initiatives.
* Lead and motivate the FoH team to deliver outstanding customer service, including hosting client and internal events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance the office experience and implement continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you should have significant experience in contract and office management, team leadership, and be willing to travel across UK offices as needed.
Additional desirable skills include:
* Experience in customer service and leadership within a corporate setting.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, proactive approach, organization skills, and collaboration.
* Knowledge of H&S in office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
* Interest in ESG and driving positive change.
