About Our Client
A well established Midhurst based business are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Job Description
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
3. Supplier procedure from procurement to payment
4. Production of weekly supplier payment run, including expenses/credit card
5. Monthly VAT return
6. Process of customer receipts, aspects of credit control and invoice finance
7. Bank reconciliations and maintenance of cashflow
8. Processing weekly and monthly payroll including P32 payments
9. Stock management information
10. Month end preparation, reporting and analysis
The Successful Applicant
11. This role is full time and based in office 5 days a week in Midhurst
12. Standard hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm (potential for slight change to hours ie: 09.30-17.30 or 08.30-16.30)
13. AAT qualification or equivalent
14. Payroll experience is desirable
15. Knowledge of Sage
16. Excel - Formulas, Pivot Tables
