A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCIERGEAT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head Concierge, you can expect your working day to include the following.
* Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
* Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their stay
* Provide expert recommendations on London’s best attractions, dining, and events
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the hotel’s exceptional standards
* Collaborate closely with the Front of House Team to ensure seamless service
* Perform Porter/Doorman/Guest Experience Team duties in high demand times
* Ensures compliance with all concierge policies, standards and procedures

To succeed in the role of CONCIERGE, you will need the following qualities and skills:
* Prior experience in a 5-star hotel concierge role is essential
* Presentation & Communication– Impeccable grooming and exceptional verbal & written English
* Local Knowledge– Strong understanding of London’s attractions, culture, and dining scene
* Guest-Oriented Mindset– A proactive and service-driven approach, always going the extra mile
* We are looking for someone with a pleasant & welcoming manner
* Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions & hours
* Have a positive attitude
