A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR CONCIERGE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head Concierge, you can expect your working day to include the following.
* Make reservations for guests, such as restaurant bookings, transportation, and event tickets.
* Provide information and recommendations to guests about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
* Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or guest amenities.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions in a professional and confidential manner.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Junior Concierge, you will need the following qualities and skills.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus.
* Strong verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
