35K-37k base salary depending on experience plus £200 per stocktake GP related bonus (6 per year)

* Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
* Working in all sections of the kitchen
* Participation in in-house and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game.
* Assist the head chef in the design and costing of new seasonal menus
* Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head & Sous chefs
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in team development and smooth kitchen operation.
