Skills
IT literate, Microsoft office (mainly Excel and Word)
Experience or knowledge of SAP.
Responsibilities
Administrative support to Resource Coordinators.
Documentation e.g. BOD2, BOD3, DHU, IPR, Declarations and Intrastats
Logistic administration record keeping.
Administrative tasks related to import/export and shipments, including physical and system.
