An established fostering agency is currently seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Workers to join their supportive team. Summary of Job
* Location: Based in Swindon
* Caseload: Two post available - 1 covering Oxford and Swindon & 1 covering Gloucester and Swindon.
* Purpose: To provide high-quality supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a manageable caseload of up to 13 fostering families.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with carers and multi-agency colleagues.
* Ensure all safeguarding protocols and fostering legislation's are strictly adhered to.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by sharing ideas and innovative practices.
* Participate in a telephone-only out-of-hours support rota to assist carers when needed.
* Facilitate therapeutic support and guidance to help carers navigate complex challenges.
