Description
Support the HSE department with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of safety and compliance documentation.
Assist in coordinating HSE training sessions and workshops.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HSE activities.
Monitor and update HSE policies and procedures as needed.
Ensure timely communication of HSE updates to relevant teams.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Support in incident reporting and follow-up actions.Profile
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
An understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
