About The Role
We are looking for two Guest Service Operator's to join our team over the Christmas period. This is a temporary role, from October 2025 until January 2026.
As a Guest Services Operator, you will handle Ecom enquiries and the customer service of our guests across the Bamford Collection. You will support our customers and ensure they receive a high quality personalised service.
Salary: is £28,000 pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all inbound calls and emails are answered, processed and followed up in line with SLAs
* Champion swift, efficient, knowledgeable and engaging service in all interactions
* Be competent in using all platforms and systems used across the Guest Services team
* Complete the physical dispatch of gift cards
