Main Responsibilities: Quality (ISO 9001) * Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System * Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits * Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions * Ensure documentation control and process standardisation * Support operational teams in maintaining quality standards in engine parts supply and distribution Health & Safety (ISO 45001) * Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation * Conduct risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safety inspections * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions * Deliver toolbox talks and internal H&S training * Promote a strong safety culture across all departments Environmental (ISO 14001) * Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System * Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with regulations * Manage waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives * Support reduction of environmental impact across operations General QHSE Duties * Maintain integrated ISO management system (9001, 14001, 45001) * Prepare for and lead external certification audits ...
