Account Executive – CPM Sales
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + £250k OTE

SystemsAccountants are working exclusively with a leading global SaaS company in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) space. The business is rapidly scaling across international markets and has been recognised by top industry analysts as one of the most promising technology companies globally.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in the company’s expansion across the UK market. You’ll partner with prospects during their buying journey, helping them clearly define their challenges and demonstrate how the platform provides measurable value. You’ll run the full sales cycle, supported by a strong SDR team, and will have the opportunity to consistently exceed sales targets in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle in a fast-paced SaaS environment, from initial engagement through to negotiation and closing.
* Build strong relationships with finance leaders (CFOs, VPs Finance, Controllers, FP&A teams) to understand their unique challenges.
* Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline generation and convert leads into closed deals.
* Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and ROI-driven solutions.
* Manage accurate forecasting and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual quotas.
* Document sales activity in Salesforce and use best-in-class sales enablement tools to track success.
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience as an Account Executive selling complex B2B SaaS products (ideally to finance stakeholders), OR 2+ years’ experience in FP&A.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to quickly understand and articulate customer challenges.
* Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
* Experience with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment.
