Salary £28,659.75 plus excellent benefits. Location: Heywood. Discipline Reference: 021542.
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Supply Chain team, based between our new site in Heywood and our Distribution Centre in Shaw.
Shifts: This role will be split between the two sites, with shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 6am – 4:00pm. Flexibility with start and finish times and supporting overtime is required.
Locations: Heywood: Link 95 Hareshill Distribution Park, Heywood, Greater Manchester OL10 2RQ; Shaw: Beal Lane, Shaw, OL2 8PJ.

Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, motivate, train, develop, and manage operational colleagues to meet objectives.
* Manage attendance and adjust schedules via People Portal, ensuring policy compliance.
* Ensure health & safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
* Maintain and report on equipment and environment management systems.
* Achieve production SLAs, optimize resource use, and respond to plan adjustments.
* Promote company values, build an engaged environment, and model core behaviors.
* Manage multiple departments and sites, with rotational patterns between Heywood and Shaw.
* Identify and support process improvements for operational efficiency.
Skills and experience:
* Proven management experience in warehousing/distribution.
* Effective time management and flexibility.
* Strong service orientation and proactive communication.
* Honesty, integrity, and collaborative mindset.
* Confidentiality and GDPR adherence.
