We are looking for a Planner for a15 monthFTC to undertake effective planning work, coordination of teams, administrativedutiesand financial and statistical functions in support of all Operations teams providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes,complianceand grounds services.
Whatyou'llbe doing
1. Co-ordinate resources across alltradesteams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve businessobjectives.
2. Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials,logistics, equipment and waste clearance to maximise the efficient use of resources, improve productivity and provide an excellent service to customers.
