Who We Are
At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life‑changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.
Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life‑saving work.
And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.
About the Role
At Omaze, technology plays a critical role in enabling our teams to do their best work while supporting high‑profile campaigns, live events, and a fast‑paced digital environment. We are looking for a hands‑on, service‑driven IT Engineer to join our team and help deliver a seamless, reliable, and secure IT experience across the business.
This is a highly visible, office‑based role where you will take ownership of end‑user support, device management, collaboration platforms, and office technology. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external technology partners, supporting everything from day‑to‑day IT needs to live events, office moves, and international projects.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high‑performing IT function with opportunities to grow, influence tooling decisions, and deepen your engineering skill set.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support—handling service desk requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing in‑person assistance.
* Manage and support Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf for user accounts, device configuration, and security compliance.
* Own the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process, from device setup and access provisioning to deactivation and asset recovery.
* Liaise with our managed service provider, overseeing onsite support and escalating issues where necessary.
* Provide hands‑on support for AV systems, meeting room technology, and hybrid collaboration tools, including technical setup and real‑time troubleshooting for internal and external live events.
* Maintain accurate asset inventories, manage stock levels, and help deliver office IT projects including moves, cabling, and new tech deployments.
* Create and update clear, user‑friendly documentation and how‑to guides in Notion.
* Collaborate with security and operations teams to uphold data protection and endpoint security best practices.
* Occasionally support out‑of‑hours events and travel to international offices, including Germany, as required.
Qualifications
* Proactive IT professional who enjoys working hands‑on with people and tech, taking full ownership of your environment.
* Experienced with Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf for device and user management in business environments.
* Skilled at delivering on‑site IT support, including AV systems, meeting room tech, and hybrid collaboration tools.
* Comfortable managing live events and working in fast‑paced, operational settings.
* Confident working alongside a managed service provider, effectively escalating and resolving issues.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, iOS, and Windows, with a calm, service‑first mindset.
* Excellent communicator—explains technical concepts clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Willing and able to travel occasionally (including internationally) and support out‑of‑hours events when needed.
* Bonus: certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or Jamf 100/200.
What’s In It For You
* Hybrid working pattern (3 days in‑office, 2 from home)
* 25 days annual leave, plus a day off for your birthday
* Private medical insurance and life assurance
* A volunteering day to support a cause you care about
* Weekly yoga, onsite massage and wellbeing events
* A vibrant, inclusive office culture with social events, breakfast, snacks and drinks
* A role with real meaning and purpose—every day, you’ll be helping raise money for charity
We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives and work hard to ensure that every Omaze employee can bring their authentic self to work at all times.
