Role and Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
* Monitor student progress, maintain records including assessments and targets, and support students to achieve their potential.
* Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people, following policies and procedures.
* Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesion in teaching.
* Set homework regularly to reinforce learning and encourage student responsibility.
* Track and review student achievement, taking appropriate actions.
* Be a professional role model through presentation and conduct.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Maths or related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary or higher education level.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
