Product Development Specialist

What You'll Do:
You'll lead the charge in managing and delivering new product launches and product changes across the UK and related markets. With a strong focus on innovation, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll be the driving force behind exciting new additions to their product portfolio — whether they're local market heroes or global game-changers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the product development/change pipeline — from ideation to launch.
* Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to keep projects on track and on target.
* Manage all aspects of product change and development projects: timelines, budgets, risks, packaging, labelling, and compliance.
* Co-ordinate with designers, researchers, and regulators to ensure everything is brand-aligned and market-ready.
* Maintain meticulous documentation and stage-gate process adherence.
* Keep an eye on trends and bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement.
What Success Looks Like:
* Projects delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
* Seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
* A strong pipeline of exciting new products that meet market demands and regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Technical field preferred).
* Experience in Project Management, NPD, Procurement, or Marketing within the Food & Beverage or FMCG space.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and solid project planning tools knowledge.
* Familiarity with research methodologies, packaging development, and regulatory compliance.
* A critical thinker with creative flair, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.
