About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be based at our Deeside site. This is a full time, in person job, that is set within a very busy manufacturing and logistic environment. We are looking for high calibre individual to join our dynamic and friendly Finance Team.
Responsibilities
* Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring coding is accurate and following the correct approval processes
* Review supplier statements and ensure balances are reconciled
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes accurately
* Allocating customer receipts accurately
* Credit control activities, including expediting customers for overdue payments
* Prepare analysis of key areas of business expenditure
* Project work
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Any other tasks required by the Group Financial Controller / Head of Finance
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Finance or administration role is preferred
Required Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work with high volumes of transactions
* Flexibility to support with additional ad-hoc tasks
