We are looking for a proactive Import & Export Customer Service Clerk to join a busy logistics team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience within freight forwarding, and confidence handling time-critical shipments. Key Responsibilities Providing customer service support for import and export shipments Managing time-critical bookings and ensuring smooth movement of freight Communicating with customers, carriers and internal teams Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues quickly Handling queries, updates, and documentation requirements Requirements Experience in import/export customer service (freight forwarding essential) Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using IT systems Ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
