A housing association are looking for an Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to review the ED&I function to develop better senior representation across the organisation, refresh the ERG's governance and make other improvements. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working. Client Details Housing Association Based in London with hybrid working Description An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to: Review the current ED&I function and offering to provide improvements Improve senior representation in the organisation Develop best ED&I practice across the organisation Influence recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring techniques Deliver Equality Impact Assessments Focus on making a difference on culture, representation and influence positive change Look at re-establishing Employee Network Groups, and realign the governance and framework Review the ED&I training offering for staff Review the pay gap report and diversity data to identify recommendations for improve, with a key focus on disabilityProfile An Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with: Previous experience of improving an ED&I function and re-aligning the ERG's Previous NFP or housing sector experience Able to start at short noticeJob Offer Interim Diversity and Inclusion Consultant Immediate Start London based with hybrid working Up to £400 per day
