Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but you will be supporting individuals with diverse needs to achieve their goals and outcomes — whatever they may be!
Each person we support has different needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, while also helping expand their social networks and connections.

Our supported individuals have varying needs and may require help with personal care, meal preparation, or medication administration. Some may need moving and handling assistance, for which full training will be provided. We are looking for new staff to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
