We are working with a busy law firm in Belfast to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their support team to work US hours remotely. What You'll Do: Work a US shift pattern between 2pm-10pm Support month-end and year-end processes Ensure invoices, payments, and expenses are processed correctly and on time Check financial data for accuracy and consistency Assist with the preparation and processing of financial statements and client accounts Update and maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel Provide general administrative support to the finance team Contribute to improving systems and processes where possible What You'll Need: 6 months experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role Experience must be within a professional services background Strong IT skills, especially Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables an advantage) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What You'll Get: Chance to work remotely Training and career development opportunities Supportive and professional working environment Pension and company benefits
