About the Company - We are working with a well-established proprietary trading firm with a 20-year history of success. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the firm is expanding globally and diversifying beyond its core focus on high-frequency trading (HFT) in cash equities and futures.
About the Role - Portfolio Manager – Remote | Proprietary Trading. They are now looking to hire experienced Portfolio Managers to drive growth in medium-frequency strategies across any liquid asset class.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage systematic trading strategies across various liquid asset classes.
* Lead the firm’s expansion into medium-frequency trading, while also considering high-frequency traders.
* Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to enhance trading infrastructure and execution.
* Build and manage a team of traders and quantitative researchers around successful strategies.
Qualifications
* Track Record: A proven P&L track record with a minimum of $3M (not necessarily from the last year).
* Sharpe Ratio: Ideally 2.5+ for medium-frequency strategies (lower Sharpe ratios will still be considered).
* Asset Class Expertise: Experience in equities, futures, FX, crypto, or other liquid markets.
* Leadership: The ability to work independently and scale your strategy by building a team.
