Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a sales representative in the food industry (ideally bakery products)
3. Solid understanding of the US and Canadian markets.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills

6. Understanding of market trends and customer needs
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Responsibilities:
10. Identify and develop new business opportunities by utilizing various sales and marketing techniques
11. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
12. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate and persuade customers on the benefits of the food products
13. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic decisions
14. Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and payment collection
15. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
16. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
17. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
