About the Role Our client, a respected property and construction consultancy, is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS with 2–3 years’ experience who wants to develop their career on a variety of commercial projects, particularly in the Education, Aviation, and Hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities Assist with cost planning, tendering, and contract administration Carry out site measurements and valuations Support senior QS team on live projects Help prepare monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts Work closely with project managers and clients Requirements 2–3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience (ideally with site-based / “boots on the ground” background) Experience in Education, Aviation, and/or Hospitality sectors is highly desirable Studying towards or keen to work towards RICS accreditation Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and a proactive attitude What’s on Offer Salary £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working opportunities Clear progression path and support towards chartership Varied and interesting project workload If you’re a motivated Junior QS looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
