About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, with the ability to motivate pupils and develop staff in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will be able to inspire effective teaching and learning within the classroom and beyond. You will understand the importance of data as a tool to track pupil progress and will identify a range of evaluation strategies to lead development in all aspects of success.
Responsibilities include planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups according to the School’s Curriculum framework and policies, monitoring, recording, and reporting on student progress, and contributing to the School Development Plan.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects across key stages, ensuring Teaching Assistants/Tutors are well briefed and able to produce effective resources and teaching aids.

* Hold QTS.
* Experience in a SEN environment is desirable.
