Responsibilities
Position: CNC Turner Setter/Operator (MK1)
Competitive Hourly Rate: from £16.80 per hour including 17.5% shift allowance.

Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WH
Shift: AM SHIFT - Monday to Thursday 6 am to 2.30 pm, Friday early finish at 11.30 am
Responsibilities include:
* Setting, fault finding, and operating machines to produce fasteners to tight tolerances.
* In-process deburring and self-inspection.
* Using gauges and measuring equipment to ensure specifications.
* Self-certification of work and program proofing.
* Maintaining accurate files and paperwork.
* Producing SPC charts and records.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
* Adhering to quality procedures and participating in root cause analysis.
Additional responsibilities:
* Training on all machines for flexibility.
* Participation in continuous improvement teams.
* Maximizing plant and resource utilization.
Company Responsibilities:
* Compliance with policies and procedures.
* Adherence to EHS standards and hazard elimination.
* Self-development in line with personal and company goals.
* Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience setting CNC Machines, preferably DMG/Mori/CMZ/Doosan with Fanuc/Siemens controls.
* Aerospace experience is advantageous.

* Strong communication skills.
* Effective team communication and respectful listening.
