A great opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to become part of a well:established and expanding architectural practice based in Towcester. This position offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high:quality residential and commercial schemes within a collaborative and design:focused studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages
* Assist with the development of designs, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable, and compliant with current regulations
* Work closely with internal project teams to meet deadlines and uphold high:quality standards
* Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities when required
* Carry out site surveys and attend site visits or inspections as necessary
* Maintain up:to:date knowledge of building regulations, industry developments, and best practice
Key Requirements
* Demonstrable experience working as an Architectural Technologist
* Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Sound understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
