The Role As the SEO Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, helping them to understand on-page, off-page and Technical SEO projects required to improve their digital performance. The role will suit a strong communicator, as you will work closely with internal teams, lead a squad for delivery and You will be the point person for your accounts, including some of the most prestigious accounts in the region; providing customers with the highest quality service. The day-to-day responsibilities of the SEO Account Manager will include: Managing campaigns from start to finish Leading the strategy and implementation, working alongside the SEO and PPC team Building SEO and content strategies for clients and helping them to implement the strategy on their site to achieve their objective Monitor and analyse the performance of multiple websites. Create reports and track key performance indicators such as clicks, ranking, impressions, and conversions. Collaborate with the team to improve customer results. Skills and Experience Required To be successful in your application for the SEO Account Manager role, you should have/be: 3 years of experience within SEO, having worked with clients from an agency setting. Passionate about search engine marketing with a holistic perspective on business and marketing. Experience managing mid-tier and enterprise accounts, handling external stakeholder (client) relations, and understanding key points of contact across business units, departments, or territories. Extremely versatile with exceptionally high standards and a strong grasp of all online channels. Customer-focused, understanding that what is best for the customer is best for everyone. Exceptional at communicating highly complex technical concepts to all levels of understanding. Excellent people management and project management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee project resources. Proficient at process building and team nurturing. Comfortable building relations with a range of external stakeholders, from marketing managers to C-Level executives. Experience with PPC is desirable but not essential.
