Job description
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for somebody who is passionate about help people, and oozes confidence in our product and services
Key duties:
* Receive new sales orders vie multiple platforms, process vie Sage system accurately.
* Create courier consignment and dispatch note.
* Release orders with courier labels to cut off times, liaise with warehouse and courier to ensure current dispatch.
* Update order tracking vie multiple platforms.
* Answer enquiries, vie phone calls and emails.
* Evaluate all relevant information to effectively handle customer enquiries or complaints.
* Take responsibility to ensure enquires are answered and resolved to a high satisfactory.
* Follow through the enquiry to close with effective communication.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal and external contractors.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiry and action to take or taken.
* Dispatch spare and inspect return received in warehouse.
What you will need to succeed:
* Previous experience in a busy customer service department dealt with variety of queries and complaints.
* Able to perform under pressure, with excellent skill in resolve escalated enquiry.
* Very fast and accurate computer skill to process orders within time given.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Good understanding of consumer rights, product safety and warranty.
* Excellent with flat pack furniture.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and ownership.
* Able to think logically, accurately, and pro-actively.
* Fit to work in warehouse, organise designated area of spare parts and return.
What do we offer?
£23 - £28k (depending on experience)
Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm
