A market-defining Life Sciences business — trusted by 23 of the top 25 drug developers worldwide — is expanding its technology team. Their platform is transforming how the pharmaceutical industry discovers and develops life-saving treatments, and they’re looking for a passionate Scrum Master like you to guide their teams to success.
You’ll be the heartbeat of their Agile process, facilitating ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while coaching cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA Engineers, using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to remove obstacles, foster collaboration, and promote Agile best practices will ensure the team thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Experience with CI/CD practices or scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe is a bonus, but your knack for building trust and motivating teams is what really matters.
This is a hybrid role based near Victoria Station, with 2 days per week in the office depending on team needs. The environment is collaborative yet flexible, focused on empowering you to help the team do their best work while staying connected to the company’s purpose.
