The Role
This is a full-time, office-based role in Altrincham, offering a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience , plus a rewarding commission structure for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, client relationships, and sales.
We are looking for a warm, confident, and motivated Client & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Altrincham. Perfect for someone who loves building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working within the luxury fashion industry.
You will become a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their selling and buying journey while ensuring they receive the high level of service Luxe Cheshire is known for. Alongside nurturing client relationships, you will play an important role in driving sales, supporting showroom operations, and helping us continue to grow our brand.
No two days are the same, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with incredible designer pieces, meet a diverse range of clients, and make a genuine impact within a fast-growing luxury business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and providing an exceptional level of personal service
- Managing a portfolio of sellers and buyers throughout their journey with Luxe Cheshire
- Supporting sales growth through customer engagement, styling advice, and product knowledge
- Coordinating the consignment process from enquiry through to sale
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Helping to create and implement sales initiatives and client engagement strategies
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of our showroom and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain the premium Luxe Cheshire experience both online and in person
What We're Looking For
- A natural people person who enjoys building genuine relationships and making others feel valued
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, sales, client services, or account management is desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident and proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- An interest in luxury fashion, designer brands, and current market trends
- Comfortable using eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and sales software
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
