Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a respected accountancy practice in Somerset to recruit a detail-focused Corporate Tax Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious tax professional who is ATT qualified and working towards CTA, with a strong foundation in both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their technical skills further, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking for a firm that values career development and professional growth.
Key responsibilities of the Corporate Tax Senior include:
* Review corporation tax returns and computations with a high level of accuracy.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and review of their work.
* Contribute to corporate tax advisory projects, working alongside senior team members.
* Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering trusted advice and insights.
The successful Corporate Tax Senior will have:
* ATT qualification and ideally studying towards CTA.
* Solid experience in corporate tax compliance, with a desire to broaden advisory expertise.
* Previous experience in a professional practice environment.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach to work.
