Helping run production smoothly, safely, and accurately by following process instructions, SOPs, GMP standards, and health & safety rules.
Carrying out tasks like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, and packing as per the guidelines.
Setting up equipment and making sure the right tools are ready before starting production.
Keeping equipment and work areas in good shape and reporting any issues or faults.
Filling out all paperwork correctly and on time, following SOPs and data integrity rules.
Being flexible and able to work across different production areas.
Following all safety guidelines, including risk assessments and COSHH data sheets
Sticking to company policies, including quality standards and health & safety rules.
Doing daily checks to make sure everything meets GMP, HSE, and 6S standards. What we’re looking for:
Experience in manufacturing or production—pharma experience is a plus.
Good understanding of GMP in a production setting.
Comfortable using IT tools like MS Office and network systems.
Able to follow written instructions like SOPs and manuals.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Can work well on your own and as part of a team.
Open to working shifts (24/16/8 hour patterns) and able to solve problems and document clearly.
Chemistry qualification is nice to have but not essential
