Shift Pattern
Monday - Thursday
10. 6am-2pm
11. 2pm-10pm
12. 10pm-6am
Friday
13. 6am-12pm
14. 12pm-6pm
15. 6pm-12am
Your role
As part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in maintaining production performance across the site by:
16. Responding quickly and effectively to machinery breakdowns
17. Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and condition-based tasks
18. Diagnosing electrical faults and minimising downtime
19. Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
20. Working closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance
21. Maintaining safe systems of work and HSE compliance
22. Supporting spare parts control and documentation
What we're looking for
23. Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
24. Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
25. Electrical engineering background (HNC desirable)
26. Strong knowledge of:
27. AC/DC systems
Motors and drives
Inverters and control panels
PLC fault-finding (Allen Bradley preferred)
A proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork
