As an Account Manager (also known as Principal Regulatory lead) you will be responsible for managing large developer accounts comprising multiple High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) going through planning Gateways. You will ensure that there is regular two-way communication between the developer and the Building Safety Regulator. You will ensure that any issues are identified, communicated and resolved at the earliest opportunity.
Your role will involve strategic oversight of major projects requiring you to consider options that will make the Building Control process more efficient and effective.
