They are currently seeking a skilled M&E Electrical Project Manager to join our dedicated team. The role: The M&E Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within the M&E framework. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all project objectives are met while adhering to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical M&E projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, architects, and other professionals to integrate M&E systems effectively. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks and challenges. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and clients. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Oversee site activities, ensuring that work is conducted safely and in line with established quality standards. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, techniques, and industry regulations. Proven experience in managing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD). Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
