Retail Installation Support Administrator

Our Bristol office is now looking for a driven and detail-oriented Retail Installation Support Administrator to become a vital part of our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Retail Installation Support Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations-supporting the coordination and delivery of retail installations while ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administrative duties, customer care, and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for all customer and installer telephone queries
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries, updates, and complaints efficiently
3. Monitor and follow up on customer reviews and feedback across platforms
4. Track and assist with payment monitoring, chasing outstanding balances when necessary
5. Authorise, process, and track supplier and contractor invoices
6. Maintain and update CRM and internal databases with accurate job and customer information
7. Provide daily administrative support to the retail installation team
8. Assist with scheduling installations and coordinating diaries
9. Generate reports, update spreadsheets, and support wider operational projects
10. Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met
Skills and Experience Required
11. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks
12. Friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
13. Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering high service standards
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or scheduling systems
15. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure
16. Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role (ideally in a retail, construction, or installations environment)
17. Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
18. Excellent organisational and time management skills
19. A proactive, solutions-based approach to problem-solving
