Pay & Benefits
* £13/hour weekdays | £14/hour weekends
* Double pay on bank holidays
* 45p/mile mileage allowance when taking clients out
* Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation)
* Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after successful completion of probation
* Paid training – earn while you learn!
Flexible Shifts & Work Culture
* No early mornings! Start between 8:00–9:30am
* Required availability: every other weekend
* Supportive team – all office staff started as carers
